Diagrams
The Diagrams application is used to manage the diagrams created through the draw.io extension. Diagrams are easily added and saved to the Diagrams application after their creation in the extension.

The folder tree is used to navigate through your organization's folders and is a main component for several RamBase QMS applications. To read more about the Folder tree, click here.
Diagrams (columns)
The table below describes the fields and checkboxes available in the Diagrams application.
Column | Icon | Description |

Multi-select | Displays the Diagram icon. The Diagram icon can be clicked to select individual diagrams, or the empty checkbox in the header of the column can be clicked to select all. Selected diagrams can be handled via the options in the Context menu. The Context menu includes six options:

Id | Displays the diagram's identifier number. | |
Status | This column displays the status of the diagram. Statuses include:

Title | Displays the title of the document. | |
Description | Displays additional information about the diagram. | |
Updated at | Displays the timestamp of when the document was last updated. | |
Created at | Displays the timestamp of when the document was created | |
Created by | Displays the name of the user who created the diagram. | |

Add new diagram button
Click the Add new diagram button to add a title and optional description for the diagram. Once you click the Create button, you will be redirected to the draw.io application. When the diagram is finished and you click the Save button in the draw.io application, the diagram is automatically saved in the Rambase application.
