Competence reports
Accessing Competence reports is done from the QMS reports (QMSREPORTS) application.
Tip
Navigate to the application
Option 1: RamBase menu → Quality → Reports → QMS reports
Option 2: Click the Program field and type "QMSREPORTS" and press ENTER.
Competence overview
It is possible to filter Competence 1-4 reports by Organizational units, report 5 by folder, report 6 by time, and report 7 by organizational unit and time.

The table below describes the sections in the Competence overview area of the Competence main page.

1. Competence status per organizational unit
The Competence status per organizational unit report provides an overview of the number of users in each organizational unit and the reading status they have for competence profiles and documents.
The Competence Profiles Status and Document reading status sections of the report are split into four columns:
Green: Completed all requirements
Yellow: Incomplete competence requirement within the allowed interval
Blue: Pending actions by others
Red: At least one incomplete competence requirement outside the allowed interval
2. Competence status per user
The Competence status per user report provides an overview of user reading status for competence profiles and documents.
The Competence Profiles Status and Document reading status sections of the report are split into four columns:
Green: Completed all requirements
Yellow: Incomplete competence requirement within the allowed interval
Blue: Pending actions by others
Red: At least one incomplete competence requirement outside the allowed interval
3. Reading status per competence profile
The Reading status per competence profile report displays status per competence profile, the total amount of users the competence profile is assigned to, and the reading status for competence profiles and documents.
The Competence Profiles Status and Document reading status sections of the report are split into four columns:
Green: Completed all requirements
Yellow: Incomplete competence requirement within the allowed interval
Blue: Pending actions by others
Red: At least one incomplete competence requirement outside the allowed interval
4. Competence Profile status per user
The Competence profile status per user report provides an overview of the number of users who have the selected competence profiles as well as the users' competence profile and document reading status.
5. Documents reading status per user
This report provides an overview of the reading status per user per document.
6. Reading status for one user
This report displays the reading status for a single user and when the user read the documents.
7. Reading/training status for one document
This report displays the users who have read a specific document and when the users read the document.
8. Competence profile status per user inverted
This report displays a detailed list of all documents in the selected folder.
