Feedback
Feedback is given on documents to provide constructive, offering areas for improvement, or positive, commending quality work, comments.
There are multiple ways to give feedback, depending on the document type:
For message, URL, Quiz and File type documents, click the Feedback icon in the header of the opened document.
For Documents, locate the Add a comment box at the bottom of the document and type your feedback in the text box.
It is also possible to add feedback from the Document properties application.
The feedback will be sent by email to the author, verifier, and or, approver depending on the applied settings. Feedback is visible for every user who reads the document.
