Folders can be created, added, and edited to an application by clicking the three dots to the right of any folder. . Folders can be moved using the drag and drop functionality. Simply click, hold, and drag the folder to its new destination. The right permissions need to be assigned in order to carry out these operations. To read more about assigning permissions, click here

Create folder

Add a required folder name and an optional tooltip or short name. A short name is a useful way for documents to be easily identified by their folders. For example, if the folder RamBase Development has the shortname DEV, all documents in the RamBase Development folder will have DEV added to the title (i.e. DEV - RamBase design system). The formatting of document titles (e.g deciding to put the short name before or after the document title) can be edited under the Settings tab in the QUALITYADMIN application.

Click here to read more about the QUALITYADMIN application.
