Media

The Media application is used to upload and manage various types of media.

Folder tree

The Folder tree is used to navigate through your organization's folders and is a main component for several RamBase QMS applications. To read more about the Folder tree, click here.

Media (columns)

The table below describes the fields and checkboxes available in the Media application.

Column	Icon	Description
Preview		Displays a preview of the media. The media preview can be clicked to select individual media, or the empty checkbox in the header of the column can be clicked to select all. Selected media can be handled via the Context menu. The Context menu includes six options: Copy Move Archive Delete Activate Clear selected items (#)
Id*		Displays the medium's identifier number.
Title		Displays the title of the medium.
Description		Displays additional information about the medium
Created by		Displays the name of the user who added the medium.
Created at		Displays the timestamp of when the medium was added.
Actions		Properties - includes two tabs named General and Permissions. The General tab displays the creator of the diagram and the timestamp of when the diagram was created. The Permissions tab displays information about the roles and duties assigned to the diagram. Add media button

Click the Add media button to upload a file from your computer. Include a name and optional description. Then, click upload to add the media.
